Anna Marie Benally Rock Springs - Anna Marie Benally, 48, of Rock Springs died Saturday, December 7, 2013 at her home after a sudden illness. She was born April 26, 1965 in Helena, Montana, the daughter of Charles M. Israel and Bunny Marie Chamberlain. She attended schools in Big Piney and and Rock Springs and also attended WWCC receiving her CNA certificate. She married Frank Benally January 28, 1998 in Rock Springs. Her interests were spending time with family, gardening, rock tumbling, sewing, crocheting, cooking and spending time outdoors. Survivors include her husband Frank Benally of Rock Springs; mother Bunny Kouf and husband Bob of Billings, Montana; son Zachary Christensen of Rock Springs; daughter Kristyne Aragon and husband Joseph of Green River; brother Alan Breitzman of Baker, Montana; sisters Theresa Aver of Roseburg, Oregon, and Michelle Rodriguez of Billings; sister-in-laws Bette and Shirlene Benally; brother-in-law Theodore Benally; grandchildren Josiah Aragon, Jonus Aragon, and Gunner Christensen; nieces and nephews Christopher Ivanoff, Chelsea Sylvester, Ashley Sylvester , Lacey Lasley, Mary and Erin Smiley, Brian, Stormie, Shelby, and Chance Benally, Tevia, Hayden, Sage, Kai and Autumn King. She was preceded in death by her father Charles M. Israel. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 13, 2013 at Fox Funeral Home, 2800 Commercial Way, Rock Springs where friends may call one hour prior to services. Interment will take place in the Sakizzie Family Cemetery, near Blanding, Utah.
