Billy Joe Wylie Rock Springs - Billy Joe Wylie, 82, of Rock Springs, died Wednesday, June 11, 2008 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was born January 4, 1926 in Tennyson, Texas. He married Nelda Thompson on December 31, 1953. He grew up in Texas and then joined the US Navy. He was employed in the oil fields and pipeline and then in 1968 started his construction business in Rock Springs. Survivors include his wife Nelda; 4 children; 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Monday, June 16, 2008 at Fox Funeral Home, 2800 Commercial Way, Rock Springs. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 17, 2008 at Mountain View Memorial Estates, 3115 East 7800 South, Salt Lake City, Utah.
