Carl D. Forman

Carl D. Forman, 73, of Evanston, Wyoming, died Saturday October 30,2021. He was born on September 24, 1948 in Evanston; the son of Dean & Laura Limb Forman.

He was a proud American who enlisted in the United States Navy at the age of 17, where he served in Vietnam on the USS Providence.
Carl was an avid hunter and outdoorsman and enjoyed being a handyman. Many know him as “Mr. C”.
Survivors include his wife Eleanor of Evanston, WY; four daughters from a previous marrage Kristina Ruiz and husband Rodney, of Evanston, Stephanie Miller and husband Kyle, of Carbondale, PA, Amanda Schuback, of Dunmore, PA, Loralee Matthews and husband Ryan of Manteca CA; brother Jim Forman of Silverton, OR; Norma Merrill of Evanston; 11 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister DeAnn Fowler.
A memorial service and pot luck luncheon will be held at the Machine Shop in Evanston, WY on Sunday, November 14th, 2021 from 1pm-5pm. Please stop by to pay respects, share memories and help celebrate the life of Carl.
