Carol Ann McKnight Green River - Carol Ann McKnight, 69, of Green River died Thursday , January 29, 2009 at the University Medical Center in Salt Lake City after a lengthy illness. She was born September 17, 1939 in Tampa, Florida, the daughter of Merritt and Lehoma Smith Bercaw. She attended Chamberlain High School in Tampa. She married Robert McKnight May 11, 1956 in Tampa, Florida. Carol has resided in Green River for the past 39 years. She was employed by General Chemical for 22 years until her retirement on October 1, 2000. Her interests were jigsaw puzzles and spending time with family and friends. Survivors include her husband Robert McKnight of Green River; two sons, Monty McKnight of Bear River, Wyoming and Michael McKnight of Lovell, Wyoming; two daughters, Gloria Seligman and Greta Lumley both of Tampa; brother Bill Bercaw and sister Shirley Tovoark both of Tampa; eleven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Following cremation at Fox Crematory, Rock Springs, graveside services and inurnment will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, February 2, 2009 at the Riverview Cemetery, Green River.
