Cheryl O'Neil

Cheryl Lynne O'Neil Green River- Cheryl Lynne O'Neil, 59, of Green River died Sunday, March 13, 2011 in Provo, Utah. She was born February 11, 1952 in Farmington, New Mexico the daughter of Glen and Nelda Farnsworth Bloomfield. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She served an LDS mission in the Eastern States Mission where she met Greg. They were later married in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple. She served in many callings in the church including being an ordinance worker in the Vernal LDS Temple. Her interests were doing Genealogy and spending time with her family, especially her grandkids. Survivors include her husband Greg O'Neil of Green River; children Kendall O'Neil and wife Amanda of Cleveland, Utah, Steven O'Neil and wife Lynn of Cedar City, Utah, Teri Ekker and husband Tyson of Elmo, Utah, Tamera Luke and husband Daniel of Price, Utah, and Ralph O'Neil and wife Norma of Rexburg, Idaho; mother, Nelda Bloomfield; 2 sisters and 2 brothers; 9 granddaughters and 4 grandsons. She was preceded in death by her father and one brother. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, March 18, 2011 at the Green River LDS 1st & 3rd Ward Chapel, 1000 W. 4th N., Green River. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Thursday March 17, 2011 and 9-9:30 a.m. Friday at the church. Interment will take place at 5:00 p.m. in the Cliff View Cemetery in Price, Utah.
