ROCK SPRINGS -- Cindy L. Bertagnolli, 60, long-time resident of Rock Springs, died Dec. 17, 2011, at the University of Utah Hospital in Salt Lake City after battling a long illness.
She was born July 26, 1951, in Colorado Springs, Colo.
Bertagnolli grew up in Cheyenne, where she attended school and had her first two children. In 1976, she moved to Rock Springs, where she had her third child.
She had a lifelong passion for graphic arts, exploring all mediums, including drawing, painting, and photography. She also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and family.
She worked as a computer graphic designer at the Rocket-Miner. She was a member of Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church.
She is survived by her parents, Keith Campbell of Colorado Springs and Vivian Campbell of Cheyenne; brother, Steven Campbell of Gallatin, Tenn.; sister, Cheryl Bryant of Maricopa, Ariz.; brother, Sheldon Campbell of Cheyenne; three children, son Lonny Barrett and wife Bernice of Colorado Springs, daughter Tawney Campbell and husband Larry of Cheyenne and daughter Mackenzie Bertagnolli and companion DeAnthony Lindsey of Rock Springs; 10 grandchildren, Emmanuel, Brittany, Cody, Scott, Shyanne, Kyle, Cameron, Christian, Devonte and DeMarco; and former husband, Kevin Bertagnolli.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Margaret Campbell; and former husbands, William Barrett and Harold Hindman.
Rosary and memorial services will take place at the Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Rock Springs. Rosary will be conducted at 6 p.m. on Dec. 27. Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. on Dec. 28.
