Debra Litz

Debra M. Litz Green River - Debra M. Litz, 56, of Green River, died April; 14, 2012 at her home in Green River after a lengthy illness. She was born March 15, 1956 in Provo, Utah. She attended schools in Utah and Evanston and graduated from Evanston High School with the class of 1974. She also attended BYU for a few years. She married Raymond Litz in 1980 in Evanston, Wyoming. They were later divorced. She owned and operated Lincoln Financial Advisors in Green River for 10 years. She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Green River. Her interests were fishing, hunting, crocheting, and spending time with her grandchildren. Survivors include her son Jeremy Litz and wife Amber of Green River; daughter Melanee J. Litz of Green River; brother Jimmy Jensen of Farmington, Utah; sisters Madelyn Haws of St. George, Utah, Veronica Nofziger of Syracuse, Utah, and Julie Crandell of Mapleton, Utah; grandchildren Ashton Robinson, Mariahn Litz, and Ryker Litz; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Loula Mae Jensen and granddaughter Michalyn Robinson. Cremation has taken place at Fox Crematory, Rock Springs. Memorial services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 20, 2012 at the Fraternal or of Eagles, 88 N. 2nd E. in Green River. The family request that donations be made in Debra’s memory to the Memorial and Honor Program, Huntsman Cancer Foundation, 500 Huntsman Way, Salt Lake City, UT 84108.
