I remember going with Toni to the parades and Toni would sit Denise on the hood of her car all snuggled with warm clothes and blankets and Denise would be so happy watching. Rest in peace sweet heart.

I had the pleasure of knowing Denise from my visits to the high school as a special education teacher in the Community Based Instruction program in middle school. Denise brought me a lot of smiles. I remember visiting Denise in her home on one occasion and watched her get in and out of her swing like a professional. She was a sweetie. Condolences for her family and my she rest in peace.
