Dustin J. Short Rock Springs – Dustin J. Short, 29, of Rock Springs, died Saturday, October 29, 2005 at the University of Utah Hospital, Salt Lake City. Dustin was born August 21, 1976 in Wichita, Kansas the son of Mike Ramey and Connie Green Williams. He married Elizabeth Cordova on July 5, 2005 in Rock Springs. He was employed by Rocky Mountain Casing. His interest included camping, hunting, and fishing. Survivor include his wife, Elizabeth Short of Rock Springs; two step-daughters, Maria Lopez and Ayiana Lopez of Rock Springs; mother, Connie Williams of Wheatland, Wyoming; father, Mike Ramey of Fredonia, Kansas; two brothers, Troy Short of Fredonia, Kansas, and Ryan Miller of Illinois; three sisters, Tasha, Mica Ramey, and Krysten of Kansas; adopted grandmother, Alvina Harrelson and husband Mike of Fredonia, Kansas; grandmother, Sharon Green of Kansas; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by adopted mom, Tammie Miller; grandfather, Larry Green; and Ace Bolton. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 5, 2005 at Fox Funeral Home, 2800 Commercial Way, Rock Springs where friends may call 6-8 p.m. Friday, November 4, 2005. Cremation will take place at Fox Crematory.
