Eloise Renz

Eloise Renz Reliance - Eloise Swan Renz, 89, longtime Reliance resident, died Friday June 4, 2010 at the Castle Rock Convalescent Center in Green River. She was born Feb. 19, 1921 in Lusk, Wyoming, the daughter of Elwin Archie and Emma Minnie Luckner Swan. She attended schools in Lusk and graduated from Lusk High School with the class of 1941. She married Clifford L. Renz on May 1, 1943 in Norfolk, Virginia. This union lasted 65 years until he preceded her in death on May 28, 2008. She was a longtime active member of the First Baptist Church. Her interests included her family, especially the grandchildren, homemakers club and women�s club. Survivors include four sons, Dennis Renz of Yosemite, California, Charles Renz and wife Valda of Boulder, Wyoming, Timothy Renz of Reliance, and Michael Renz of Casper; 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son Clifford James, two sisters, Evelyn Crow and Mabel Pankow. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Friday, June 11, 2010 at Fox Funeral Home, 2800 Commercial Way, Rock Springs where friends may call 6-8 p.m. Thursday and Friday one hour prior to the services. Interment will take place at 1:00 p.m Monday, June 14, 2010 at the Lusk Cemetery, Lusk, Wyoming.
