Forrest Lewis

Forrest J. Lewis Reliance - Forrest J. Lewis, 83, of Reliance died March 18, 2013 at Lakeview Hospital in Bountiful, Utah, after a lengthy illness. He was born August 4, 1929 in Hannable, Missouri, the son Of Egcer Lewis and Adeal Lane Lewis. He married Leola Hamilton on July 29, 1967 in Rock Springs. She preceded him in death on August 8, 2009. He had worked for FMC for 40 years. His interests were hunting, fishing, the outdoor, horses, gardening and spending time with his children and grandchildren. Survivors include his sons John D. Lewis and John R. Lewis both of Rock Springs, and Brian D. Lewis of Farson, Wyoming; daughters Michelle Dubie of Riverton, Wyoming and Tony Hautala of Rock Springs; 14 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Leola Lewis, son Jimmey Lewis, and grandson Andy Lewis. Cremation has taken place at Fox Crematory, Rock Springs. At his request, no services will be held.
