Georgie Estelle Kirkpatrick Green River - Georgie Estelle Kirkpatrick, 97, of Green River died Thursday, February 10, 2010 at Castle Rock Convalescent Center in Green River. She was born January 8, 1914 in Texas, the daughter of James Lindsey and Lillian Selena Board Thompson. She married Stanley Kendall Kirkpatrick on January 2, 1954 in Colorado. He preceded her in death on November 16, 2002. She was a member of the Methodist Church. Her interests were crafting, crocheting, her pets, and gardening. She had a �green thumb�. Survivors include daughters Penni Harden of Superior, Wyoming, Artie Payne of Oregon, and Cheryl Ernst of California; sisters Olga Lewis of California and Wanda Skulavik of Texas; numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a daughter Anita Dortch, her parents James & Lillian Thompson, siblings, Eula, Debbie, Lindsey, Robert and Bo. Cremation has taken place at Fox Crematory, Rock Springs. Private family services and inurnment will take place at a later date.
