Glen Sadler Green River - Glen Sadler, 89, of Green River, died Thursday, October 30, 2014 at his home after a sudden illness. He was born march 29, 1925 in Rock Springs, the son of Harry “Red” Sadler and Eva Dorrence Sadler Briggs. He attended schools in Rock Springs and graduated from Rock Springs High School. He was a Veteran having served in the US Navy during WWII. He married Patricia Irene Evers on November 29, 1950. He was employed for FMC until his retirement after about 40 years. His interests were bowling, fishing, camping, traveling and spending time with his family. Survivors include his wife Patricia Sadler of Green River; sons Brent Sadler and wife Peggy and Kevin Sadler all of Green River; grandchildren Amber, Aaron, and Gracie; great-grandchildren, Addison, Tyler, Koleson, and Hudson; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Bud and sister Keenie. Cremation has taken place at Fox Crematory, Rock Springs. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 7, 2014 at Fox Funeral Home, 2800 Commercial Way, Rock Springs. Graveside military honors and inurnment will take place at the Riverview Cemetery, Green River.
