Henry Fries

Rock Springs – Henry D. Fries, 66, of Rock Springs died Friday, May 20, 2005 at his home after a lengthy illness. Henry was born June 21, 1938 in Lovell, Wyoming the son of Carl and Ella Richards Fries. Henry attended school at the Wyoming State Training School. He was employed as a janitor and laborer at SWRC for twenty-five years until his retirement in 2002. He was a member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church. He also belonged to the Safety Committee. His interests included current events, history, church, going for long walks, bowling, and dining out. Survivors include his guardian, Tammie Matlock of Rock Springs; dear friend, Tuffy Arnoldi; and many friends in the community. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Monday, May 23, 2005 at Fox Funeral Home, 2800 Commercial Way, Rock Springs were friends may call one hour prior to the services. Inurnment will take place at the Rock Springs Municipal Cemetery.
