Hop Nei Liu San Diego, CA - Hop Nei Liu, 92, of San Diego, California died Friday, April 11, 2008 at Sharp Memorial Hospital in San Diego, CA. She was born March 27, 1916 in Canton, China, the daughter of Ying Oi Choy and Chun Fun Liu. She married Man Fong Liu in Canton, China. He preceded her in death on July 5, 1997. Mrs. Liu was employed for many years at the Renegade Restaurant in Rock Springs. She was recently baptized a member of the Christian Church. Her interests included gardening, feeding birds every morning, going to tea, and shopping. Survivors include two sons, David Lew and wife Helen of Rock Springs, Sam Liu and wife Katy of San Diego, California; four daughters, Lai Wan Liu Cheng and husband Sau Ning Cheng of Rock Springs, Lai Liu Quan and husband Moon, Wendy Wong and husband Albert, Cindy Hom and husband Jing, all of San Diego, California; 26 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and 5 great great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, two brothers, and one sister. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 19, 2008 at Fox Funeral Home, 2800 Commercial Way, Rock Springs where friends may call from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, April 18, 2008 and one hour prior to services on Saturday. Interment will take place in Rock Springs Municipal Cemetery.
