Hubert Barber Rock Springs - Hubert Barber, 87, of Rock Springs died Wednesday, March 6, 2013 after a short illness. He was a former resident of Buffalo, Wyoming and Reliance. He was born July 9, 1925 in Sheridan, Wyoming, the son of Herbert Barber and Eva Clouse Barber. He married Virginia Coleman in Thermopolis, Wyoming on April 30, 1949. She preceded him in death December 25, 1981. He married Mildred Wright on June 22, 1991 in Rock Springs. She preceded him in death on July 8, 2009. He was employed at FMC retiring in 1991 after 38 years. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles. His interests were fishing, camping, dancing, and football. Survivors include his sons Don Barber and wife Kathy and Dave Barber and wife Carlene all of Rock Springs; daughter Bonny Hinesley and husband Jim of Reliance; sister-in-law Gertie Heath of Butte, Montana; grandchildren Brandi Crockett and husband Jon, Darcee Crum and husband Joey, Isaac Barber and wife Rene, LeRoy Hinesley, and Jada Williams; 6 great-grandchildren. Cremation has taken place at Fox Crematory, Rock Springs. At Hubert’s request, no services will be held.
