Jesus Esteban Navarro Rock Springs - Jesus Esteban Navarro, 21 of Rock Springs died Tuesday, June 29, 2010 in Green River following an accidental drowning. He was born September 25, 1988 in Zamora, Michoacan, Mexico, the son of Alvaro Navarro and Maria Guadalupe Vega. He attended school in Jose Palomares Quiroz, Mexico. Jesus was employed at the Best Western Outlaw Inn for the past year. He was a member of the Catholic Church. His interest were spending time with his family, younger cousins, and friends, playing soccer and x-box and on-line chatting. Survivors include his parents of La Sauceda, Mexico; brothers, Luis, Joquin, and Carlos Gutirrez-Navarro all of Rock Springs; sisters Griselda Navarro Vega of Texas, Maria and Norma Gutirrez-Navarro both of Rock Springs; grandmother, Cenaida Navarro of La Sauceda Michoacan Mexico; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins; 3 nieces and 3 nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Jesus Navarro. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10:00, Friday, July 2, 2010 at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, A St. and Broadway, Rock Springs. Rev. Jean Baldo will officiate. A seven day parish rosary will begin at 5:00 p.m. Saturday, July 3, 2010 at Fox Funeral Home 2800 Commercial Way. Additional services and interment will take place in La Sauceda, Michoacan, Mexico.
