Kristy Lynn Shattuck

Kristy Lynn Shattuck Greeley, Colorado - Kristy Lynn Shattuck, 40, of Greeley died Saturday, September 29, 2012 at her home from complications from previous injuries sustained in an auto accident. She was a longtime resident of Rock Springs prior to moving to Greeley. She was born July 22, 1972 in Ontonagon, Michigan, the daughter of John D. Allen and Renee Elizabeth Miller Mondragon. She attended schools in Rock Springs and graduated from Rock Springs High School. She also attended Western Wyoming Community College. She married Greg Lamorie Rock Springs in 1988. They were later divorced. She married Fred Shattuck in 1993. They were also later divorced. She worked as an office administrator for various businesses for many years. She was a member of the Catholic Church. Her interests were swimming, camping, the outdoors, religion, and her family. Survivors include her mother Renee Mondragon of Aurora, Colorado; father John Allen of Whittemore, Michigan; daughters Shanndan Lamorie, Chelsie Lamorie, and Kassandra Shattuck all of Rock Springs; brothers John Allen of Alliance, Nebraska, and Criss Mondragon of Troy, Michigan; grandfather Melbourne Miller of Nashville, Tennessee; one aunt, five uncles; numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Wilma Miller, Nora Frye and Eugene Allen, and step-father Edward G. Mondragon. Cremation will take place at Fox Crematory, Rock Springs. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, October 5, 2012 at Fox Funeral Home, 2800 Commercial Way, Rock Springs. Rev. Glen Szczechowski will officiate.
