Laura Stamps

Laura Marie Stamps Rock Springs - Laura Marie Stamps, 49, of Rock Springs died November 4, 2011 at her home after a sudden illness. She was born March 9, 1962 in Kerrville, Texas, the daughter of Elmer Clyde Stamps and Patricia "Pat" Cole Stamps. She attended schools in Mullin, Texas. She had been employed at Taco John's in Rock Springs for the past year. Survivors include her daughters, Destiny Stamps of Mt. Pleasant, Pennsylvania, and Heather Coffey of Dallas, Texas; three brothers, Mike Stamps of Mullin, Texas, Phil Stamps of Virginia, and Steve Stamps of New Mexico; one sister Pat Spears of Mullin, Texas; grandchildren Gavin Stamps, Colton and Stetson Moody; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents. Cremation has taken place at Fox Crematory, Rock Springs. Private family services will be held at a later date.
