Margaret "Marge" Rolich

Margaret G. Rolich Rock Springs - Margaret "Marge" G. Rolich, 74, of Rock Springs passed away Thursday, January 22, 2009 in Ogden, Utah. She was born June 24, 1934 in North Platte, Nebraska, the daughter of Kenneth and Eva Marie Evans. A resident of Rock Springs since 1954, Marge was a dedicated homemaker to her late husband Frank and three children. She committed her life to providing a safe and nurturing environment for her family to flourish and was most proud of raising her children to be loving, responsible adults. Her achievements weren't limited to motherhood as she was a talented artist as well. Marge's keen eye and steady hands created many beautiful paintings and sculptures. Although her work is unknown to the rest of the world, her family will enjoy her art for years to come. She was also a master game player who reveled in playing games with her family around the kitchen table. Her gentle spirit and sound guidance that shaped her family will be profoundly missed by them and her friends. She is survived by her son Reef Rolich and wife Kelly of Rock Springs; daughter Zanni Van Antwerp and husband Jim of Henderson, Nevada; nine grandchildren, Christopher Van Antwerp, Caitlin Van Antwerp, Mary Van Antwerp, Damon Patchett, Caycia Patchett, Kayla Rolich, Timothy Rolich, Delaney Rolich, and Shane Gutierrez; three sisters and four brothers. She was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Eva Marie Evans, husband Frank, and daughter Zinna Eno. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 7, 2009 at Fox Funeral Home, 2800 Commercial Way, Rock Springs. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Friday February 6, 2009 and Saturday one hour prior to the services at the funeral home. Interment will take place in the Rock Springs Municipal Cemetery, Rock Springs.
