Mary Hernandez

Mary Louise Hernandez Green River- Mary Louise Hernandez, 79, of Green River, died Tuesday, December 2, 2014 peacefully at her home surrounded by family. She was born September 14, 1935 in Maxwell, New Mexico, the daughter of Louie Sena and Lucy Sena. She married William Hernandez Sr. in Raton, New Mexico. She worked as a CNA for the Senior Citizen Center in Rock Springs for 20 years, retiring in 1999. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Green River. Her interests were her pets and spending time with her grandchildren. Survivors include husband William Hernandez Sr. of Green River: sons Jerry Hernandez and wife Lana of Reliance, Willie Hernandez Jr. and wife Connie of Billings Montana; daughters Terrie Lucero and husband Jesse of Green River, Linda Nehrer of Fallbrook, California; 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Louie and Lucy Sena; brothers Alvin Sena and Troy Bernal; sisters Lela Sena and Joyce Sena. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00 P.M. Friday, December 5, 2014 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 900 Hitching Post, Green River, Wyoming. A Parish Rosary will be recited at 6:00 P.M. Thursday, December 4, 2014 at the church. Friends may also call one hour prior to the services Friday at the church. Interment will be in the Riverview Cemetery, Green River.
