Orville Rehbein

Orville Victor Rehbein Rock Springs - Orville Victor Rehbein, 75, of Rock Springs died Thursday, July 16, 2009 at Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County after a short illness. He was born November 9, 1933 in St. Paul, Minnesota, the son of Victor Orville Rehbein and Frieda Rousch Rehbein. He attended schools in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He married Luylla Beisterfeld on November 9, 1972 in Denver, Colorado. She preceded him in death on November 8, 2008. He was employed as an Electrician for many years, and as a custodian for School District #1 until his retirement. His interests include fishing, camping, hunting, and his grandkids. Survivors include his daughters, Sherry, Terry, and Shirley; step-daughters, Doreen and Marlene Eggen both of Rock Springs; brother, Laverne Rehbein and wife Idella of Colorado Springs; sister, Varleene Buttman of San Francisco, California; 18 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews; his dog Snowball. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Luylla Rehbein, and sister Lois Newhart. Cremation has taken place at Fox Crematory. Private family services will be held at a later date.
