Rock Springs - Patricia "Patty" Anne Guenther, 57, of Rock Springs died April 5, 2007 at her home after a sudden illness.
She was born January 15, 1950 in American Fork, Utah, the daughter of Albert Earl Landrum and Vera Evelyn Raven Landrum. She attended schools in American Fork and graduated from American Fork High School with the class of 1968.
She married Wilhelm Guenther on January 25, 1979 in Elko, Nevada.
Her interests were spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren, the outdoors, camping, crafts, woodworking, quilting, traveling, animals, reading, crocheting, and gardening.
Survivors include her husband Wilhelm Guenther of Rock Springs; two sons, Denny Paul Symes and wife Tracy of Fort collins, Colorado, and Willy Earl Guenther and wife Lacy of Rock Springs; one daughter, Sheila Marie Guenther of Rock Springs; two brothers, Izzy Landrum and wife Kay of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Mike Landrum and wife Nancy of Moline, Illinois; five sisters, Debby Syddall and husband David Glen of Rock Springs, Laurie Montag and husband Larry of Pleasant Grove, Utah, Vera Adams and husband Francis of Lander, Wyoming, Pam White of Eagle Mountain, Utah, and Grace Rodgers and husband bill of Orem, Utah; best friends, Chuck and Judy Kirby of Rock Springs; six grandchildren, Devany, Raven, and Dalton Symes, Jordon and Alex Booth, and Thomas Guenther.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Vera Landrum, two brothers, Tommy and Johnny Landrum, and nephew Nick Landrum.
Cremation will take place at Fox Crematory, Rock Springs.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 11, 2007 at Fox Funeral Home, 2800 Commercial Way, Rock Springs.
