Patrick William Lerew

Patrick William Lerew Green River - Patrick William Lerew, 53, died Monday, February 9, 2009 at his home in Green River after s short illness. He was born November 27, 1955 in Salt Lake City, Utah, the son of Curtin A. Lerew and Alice Harding Lerew. He attended schools in Salt Lake City graduated from Kearns High School with the class of 1974. At the time of his death, he was employed with Intermountain Electric in Rock Springs as a Journeyman Electrician. He was also an instructor at Western Wyoming Community College where he taught Electrical Apprenticeship. He was member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints where he served as Sunday School teacher. His interests included swimming, running, boating, water skiing, four-wheeling, carpentry, movies, and spending time with his friends. Patrick was a free and happy spirit and could put a smile on your face and make you laugh. He will be missed and forever remembered by those who knew and loved him. Survivors include his daughter, Amanda Lerew of Salt Lake City; stepdaughter Amber Winkler and stepson J.L. Dunaway both of Salt Lake City; sister, Carla Ambrose of Waycross, Georgia; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, parents, one brother Curtin A. Lerew III, and one sister, Sally Marie Lerew Cremation has taken place at Fox Crematory, Rock Springs. Memorial Services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, February 28, 2009 at the Green River 1st and 3rd Ward LDS Chapel, Green River.
