Presley Pace

Presley David Pace Green River - Presley David Pace, 65, of Green River died October 28, 2013, at his home after a brief illness. He was born July 19, 1948 in Lincoln, Nebraska, the son of Presley David Pace Sr. and May Martin Pace. He attended schools in Ogden, Utah and graduated from Bonneville High School with the class of 1966. He married Kenna Renee Thomas on August 18, 1979 in Green River. He worked for General Chemical until retiring in 2008 after 32 years. He had been working for Car Quest in Green River for the last 4 years. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. His interests were model trains and spending time at the cabin in South Pass. Survivors include his wife Kenna Pace of Green River; son Denny Pace of Green River; daughters Dusti Pace of Williston, North Dakota, Debra Mount of Green River, and Alison Tubbs of Nashville, Tennessee; sister Carolyn Marie Pace Christofferson and husband Ray of St. George, Utah; grandchildren Allan Pizzie of Dickinson, North Dakota, Michael Mount of Green River, Shelby Pizzie of Williston, Alexandria, Payton, and Samantha Tubbs all of Nashville; great-grandchildren Hunter Mount of Green River, Dominic Mount of Green River, and Brodi Pizzie of Evanston; several aunts and uncles; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Kay Lynn Pace. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 2, 2013 at Fox Funeral Home, 2800 Commercial Way, Rock Springs where friends may call one hour prior to the services. Interment will take place in the Riverview Cemetery, Green River.
