ROCK SPRINGS — Randy Lee Paulson, 62, died Wednesday, May 3, 2017, at his home in Rock Springs. He was born Dec. 6, 1954, to Duane and Helen Paulson in Vernal, Utah. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Vernal Memorial Park, 1700 South Vernal Ave. A visitation will be from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home, 410 North 800 West.
