Rock Springs – Robbin Halstead, 40, of Rock Springs died Sunday, May 8, 2005 at Sage View Care Center, Rock Springs after a lengthy illness.
Robbin was born November 20, 1964 in Crow Agency, Montana the daughter of Donald R. Spang and Carolyn Lee Miller Halstead . She was later adopted by Roger Halstead. She attended schools in Sheridan, Wyoming and Rock Springs and graduated from Rock Springs High School with the class of 1983. She was employed as a x-ray aide at Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County for thirteen years.
Her interest include her son, nieces and nephews, riding horses, camping, and fishing.
Survivors include her parents Roger and Carolyn Halstead of Rock Springs; one son, Johnathan Neuenshwander of Rock Springs; one uncle, Edward G. Miller of Gillett, Wyoming; three aunts, Evonne Colvin of Rock Springs, Lucille Stillson and husband Kevin of Jackson, Wyoming, and Sandra Holt of Baggs, Wyoming; one sister, Alice I. Wood and husband Charles of Rock Springs; two half sisters, Amanda Spang and Kayla Spang of Colstrip, Montana, and the Spang Family of Lame Deer, Montana; cousins, David Halstead of Rock Springs, Ambrose Floate of Gillette, Wyoming and numerous other cousins; nieces, Karen Wood, Stacy Colvin and Shelby Colvin and numerous other nieces; nephews, Braden Halstead, Jordan Halstead, Cameron Colley and numerous other nephews; special companion, Carl Engstrom.
She was preceded in death by her biological father Donald R. Spang, and her grandparents.
Cremation has taken place at Fox Crematory.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 12, 2005 at Fox Funeral Home, 2800 Commercial Way, Rock Springs.
Inurnment will be at the Rock Springs Municipal Cemetery.
