Robert Allen Fulmer
Rock Springs - Robert Allen Fulmer, 70, of Rock Springs died Monday, June 16, 2014 at Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County in Rock Springs after a short illness.
He was born August 21, 1943 in Allentown, Pennsylvania, the son of Simon Peter Fulmer and Lucinda Linhart Fulmer. He attended schools in Kemmerer and entered into the military after high school.
He married Susan Marshinsky in Kemmerer in the 60's. She preceded him in death in 1996. He then married Thelma Louise Bray June 26, 1999 in Rock Springs. He was a veteran having served in the US Army. She preceded him in death on June 1, 2007.
He worked as a truck driver for Lewis & Lewis, Randy Pitt Construction and Ace Egbert Water Services.
His interests were hunting, fishing, camping, and spending time with his grandkids.
Survivors include his sons Deon George Fulmer and wife Darcey of Evanston, Wyoming, and Robert Thomas Fulmer and wife Charity of Wendell, Idaho; step-sons Clifford James Davis Jr. of Hill City, South Dakota, and Harvey Dale Davis of Casper, Wyoming; step-daughter Mary Gayle Carr of Rock Springs; sister Jo Ann Sudonick and husband Lewis of Kemmerer; 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two wives, 3 brothers, William, James, and Samuel Fulmer, 2 sisters, Virginia Licking and Betty Kjelsrud.
Graveside services with military honors will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at the South Lincoln Cemetery in Kemmerer.
A viewing will be held one hour prior to the graveside at the Ball Family Chapel, 915 Pine Ave., Kemmerer.
