Robert Leo LeMoine
Rock Springs - Robert Leo LeMoine, 50, of Rock Springs died Thursday, May 20, 2010 from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.
He was born May 18, 1960 in Oakland, California, the son of Robert L. LeMoine and Aileen Alice Williams LeMoine.
He attended schools in San Leandro, California and graduated from Marina High School with the class of 1978. He was employed as a heavy equipment operator with Terry Pitt construction for the last 5 1/2 years.
He married Moana Diane McElhaney on Aug 11, 1989 in Anchorage, Alaska.
He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was also a member of the Dead Men Motorcycle Club.
His interests were his family, his association with people, the state of Alaska, animals, fishing, hunting, and motorcycles.
Survivors include his parents Robert L. and Aileen LeMoine of Rock Springs; wife Moana Lask of Rock Springs; sons, Bobby of Anchorage, Alaska, Gordon of Wasilla, Alaska, and Clyde and fiance Crystal of Rock Springs; daughter Brandy and husband Ervin of Wasilla; sister Linda Brough of Rock Springs; grandchildren Ethan, Serenity, Summer, and Hayden all of Rock Springs, Isaiah of Anchorage, Ervin III, Memory, Mosheh, Manifest "Mani", Bethlehem, Yoseph, Psalm, and Nation, all of Wasilla; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
He was preceded in death by grandparents Leo and Hannah LeMoine, Florace and Effie Williams; and brother-in-law Mike Brough.
Cremation has taken place at Fox Crematory, Rock Springs.
A memorial celebration will be held at 12:00 noon, Tuesday, May 25, 2010 at Scooter Tramps, 2214 Upland, Rock Springs.
