Roberta Hobday

Roberta Hobday Rock Springs - Roberta Hobday, 64, of Rock Springs died Monday, November 30, 2009 at her home. She was born June 23, 1945 in Wichita, Kansas, the daughter of Robert Lincoln Tiede and Carolyn Ebener Tiede. She married George Hubert Hobday and were later divorced. He preceded her in death. She was employed for McDonald-Douglas Aircraft until her retirement after 27 years. Roberta was active in the Young at Hearts Senior Center. Her interests were animals, movies and traveling. Survivors include her son Eric Jon Hobday of Redondo Beach, California; her dog “Bella” and cat “Dusty”. She was preceded in death by her parents. Friends may call 10:00 am until 11:00 am Saturday, December 5, 2009 at Fox Funeral Home, 2800 Commercial Way, Rock Springs. Interment will take place in the Rock Springs Municipal Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations in her name be made to the Rock Springs Humane Society, 310 Yellowstone Rd., Rock Springs, WY 82901.
