Roger "Gary" Eagle

Roger “Gary” Eagle Rock Springs - Roger “Gary” Eagle, 53, of Rock Springs, died Saturday, March 7, 2015 at the Huntsman Cancer Hospital in Salt Lake City. He was born November 22, 1961 in Columbus, Ohio, the oldest of five children to Gerald Eagle and Brenda Joy Shaffer Eagle. His interests were racing stock cars, fixing cars, driving trucks, Dale Earnhardt, and spending time with his children and family. Survivors include his mother Brenda Shaffer of Las Vegas; his companion of 21 years Tina Burnley of Rock Springs; children Shawn Starrett, Lorely Eagle, Lianna Estabrook, Raetanna Eagle and husband Tyler Wilson, and Harley Eagle; sisters Regina Townsend of Las Vegas, Saundra Scaff and husband Von of Denton, Texas, Renda Seymore of Boston, Massachusetts; longtime friends Robert Richards and James Scott. He was preceded in death by his father Gerald Eagle and sister Cassie Kihem. Cremation will take place at Fox Crematory, Rock Springs. Memorial services will be held at 5:00 p.m. Thursday, March 12, 2015 at the First Assembly of God Church, 2191 Century Blvd., Rock Springs.
