Sharron McKee Sample

Farson, WY - Sharron McKee Sample, 62, of Farson, died May 10, 2007 at her daughters home in Salt Lake City after a lengthy illness. She was born November 20, 1944 in Sandy, Utah, the daughter of Glen Madison and Doris F. Miller Chidester. She attended schools in Salt Lake and attended Jordan High School. She married Alvin James Clerico on March 21, 1964 in Sandy, Utah. They were later divorced. She married Roy Claude McKee and he preceded her in death on June 25, 1977. She married George Sample on September 2, 1990 in Elko, Nevada. He also preceded her in death on November 9, 2005. Sharron had been employed as a truck driver with Talco until her recent retirement. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, her grandchildren and family, and she loved working in her green house. Survivors include five sons; James Clerico and wife Christina of Oregon, William Clerico of Logan, Utah, Charles Sample and wife Madalene, Clinton Sample and Casey Sample, all of Casper; two daughters, Loretta Gull and husband Darryl and Cherilyn Mears and husband Rory all of Salt Lake City, Utah; four brothers, Verl, Bob, Larry, and Dean Chidester; one sister, Carolyn Cox of Bountiful, Utah; nine grandchildren, Joshua Gull, Amber Sample, Casondra Gull, Joseph Clerico, Austin Mears, Kendra Gull, Charlotte Clerico, Ashley Mears and Jake Sample. She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands Alvin Clerico, Roy Claude McKee, and George Sample, one son Ted Clerico, one daughter Sheila Sue Clerico, and one sister Ruth. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 16, 2007 at Fox Funeral Home, 2800 Commercial Way, Rock Springs. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, May 15, 2007 and Wednesday one hour prior to the services at the funeral home. Interment will take place in the Eden Valley Cemetery, Farson.
