Steven Micheal Brokaw Rock Springs - Steven Micheal Brokaw, 23, of Green River died Friday, October 29, 2010 from injuries sustained in an auto accident. He was born January 6, 1987 in Casper, Wyoming, the son of Craig Eugene Stinson and Rose Mary Alexander. He attended schools in Green River and graduated from Expedition Academy in 2006. His interests were hunting, fishing, boating, camping, tattoo artistry, body piercing, and spending time with kids. Survivors include his fiancé Nicole Michelle Carroll of Green River; son Jaxon Dwayne Carroll of Green River; daughters Nevaeh Lleh Praytor and Lillian Jayde Rose Carroll-Brokaw all of Green River; mother Rose Mary Alexander of Montpelier, Idaho; father Craig Stinson of Casper; sister, Shakota Lynn Stinson of Kingsville, Texas; grandmother Donna K. Alexander of Riviera, Texas; foster parents, Sandy Page of Rock Springs, Calvin and Sue Page of Green River; step-brother Kyle Robert Anthony and step-sister Laci Lynn Anthony both of Logan, UT; foster brothers Lewis H. Elbertson and Calvin John Page III both of Green River; Zac Eric Page of Vancouver, WA, Vincent Albrecht of Colorado, Anthony Hewitt of Rock Springs; foster sisters, Tara Haddock and husband Scott of Vancouver, Dona Reggio of Green River, Lindsey Rae Myers of Vancouver, Ta’Maira Lee Michalides of Rock Springs, Kara Rosealine Michalides and Michaela Maire Page both of Green River; aunts and uncles, JoAnn and Bob Crawford of Wheatland, WY, Jerry and Kim Alexander of Riviera, Texas, Chasity Marie Alexander; nieces and nephews, Kristen Marie Alexander, Olivia Haddock and Emily Myers both of Vancouver, Jonathon Myers of Vancouver, Brianna Page, Addison Page, Giovanni Elbertson, Havyn Garrett all of Green River; special friend Christy Doak. He was preceded in death by grandfather Jerry Elmer Alexander. Cremation has taken place at Fox Crematory, Rock Springs. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, November 4, 2010 at Fox Funeral Home, 2800 Commercial Way, Rock Springs.
