Rock Springs - Steven Wade Howe, 44, of Rock Springs died Sunday, July 8, 2007 at his home after a lengthy illness.
He was born November 7, 1962 in Denver, Colorado, the son of Gerry and Marilyn Anderson Howe. He graduated from Green River High School with the class of 1981.
Steven married Cindy Miller on August 26, 2000 in Rock Springs. He had been employed with the City of Rock Springs Water Department.
He was a member of the Restoration Ministries in Rock Springs and was a strong Christian and servant of the Lord.
His interests were fishing, hunting, camping, and spending time with his wife and family.
Survivors include his wife Cindy of Rock Springs; parents, Gerry and Marilyn Howe of Green River; daughters, Jamie Corff and husband Kyle of Laramie, WY, Shelly Hooker and husband Jason of Loveland, CO; stepsons, Nathan and Brandon Lees of Denver, CO; brothers, Jerry Howe and wife Kristy, and Lyle Howe all of Rock Springs; grandmother, Mabel Anderson of Rock Springs; grandchildren, Zoe Corff of Laramie, and Mariah Lees of Denver; nephew, Samuel Howe of Rock Springs; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Walter Anderson, Eldon Howe and Opal Fisher.
Cremation has taken place at Fox Crematory.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 16, 2007 at the Restoration Ministries, 518 Elk St., Rock Springs. Pastor Restored Schumacher will officiate.
