Trilla Lee Roberts Rock Springs - Trilla Lee Roberts, 48, of Rock Springs, died Thursday, January 9, 2007 at her home in Rock Springs after a lengthy illness. She was a residence of Rock Springs since 1978, then moved to Longwood, Florida for 10 years before recently returning to Rock Springs. She was born September 25, 1959 in Gallipolis, Ohio, the daughter of Denny Lonzo Roberts and Ruth Simmons Roberts. She attended school at Washington Elementary and Gallia Academy in Ohio. She also attended Western Wyoming Community College in Rock Springs, Casper Community College and earned her diesel mechanic certificate. She was a member of the Women’s Business Council and AA. She was also a member of the Pentecostal Church. Her interests were Harley Davidson motorcycles, cars, her grandchildren (who called her “Ducky”), and a beloved dog Butch. She was an Indian culture spiritualist. Survivors include her mother, Ruth E. Simmons of Rock Springs; lifelong friend and father of her daughter Sarah, Chuck Outlan of Deltona Beach, Florida; daughter, Sarah Elizabeth Roberts Outlan-Delmarco and husband Staff Sargent “TJ” of Ft. Fayetteville Military Base, North Carolina; brother, Walter David Woodyard of Crown City, Ohio; sisters, Virginia Elizabeth “Beth” Williams and E. Dorlee Woodyard Collins-Brown and husband Jeffrey Lynn all of Rock Springs; five grandchildren, Kyle, Josh, Hanna, Max, and Noah of Ft. Fayetteville, NC; uncles, Rex Lee Robert Gallipolis, Ohio, and Charles “Pete” Kerwood of Richmond, Virginia; numerous aunts and cousins; nieces Angela Nycole Collins and husband Trevor Hicks, Taunie Rachelle Williams of Rock Springs; great niece, Tiara Dorlee Elizabeth Collins of Clearfield, Utah; nephews, Tyler Troy Williams and Brian Scott Brown both of Rock Springs, Adam Hamson of Clearfield, Utah, and “Little” Allen David Woodyard; great nephews, Pryce Ally Skiles of Rock Springs, Akkadian D.E. Collins, Angelius D.E. Collins of Clearfield, Utah and others; special “Dad” Walter Woodyard, Jr. of Crown City, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her father, grandparents, Clara and Roy Roberts, Virginia Kerwood, and John Simmons, great-grandparents, Sarah Carroll Freeman, Richard and Laura Kerwood.. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Monday, January 14, 2008 at Fox Funeral Home, 2800 Commercial Way, Rock Springs. Friends and family may call one hour prior to the services. Interment will be in the Rock Springs Municipal Cemetery.
