William "Bill" Walters

William C. Walters Rock Springs - William “Bill” C. Walters, 64, of Rock Springs died July 28, 2010 at his residence after a lengthy illness. He was born May 28, 1946 in Detroit, Michigan, the son of Jack D. and Gertrude Kross. He married Lorann Walters on December 1986 in Toledo, Ohio. They later divorced. He had been employed for Chrysler and Willys Automotive Plant. Bill was a veteran having served in the US Army during the Viet Nam War. He was a member of the Moose Lodge and also had served as the Boy Scouts Troup Leader in Toledo, Ohio. He was a member of the Catholic Church. His interests were traveling and observing wildlife. Survivors include his daughter; Jessica King of Kansas City, Missouri; stepsons Adam Rodriquez and Jeff Rodriquez both of Toledo, and Paul J. Rodriquez of Asheville, North Carolina; 6 brothers and 7 sisters; grandchildren, Jacob, Lauren and Noah King. Cremation has take place at Fox Crematory. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 7, 2010 at Fox Funeral Home, 2800 Commercial Way, Rock Springs. Rev. Brian Poad will officiate.
